The house is set in a quiet and private position, on the edge of the hamlet 'Le Rez', a small distance outside the village of Buléon, Morbihan. It is an ideal base for visiting the beaches of Morbihan, and the historic towns and villages of Central and Southern Brittany, the nearest of which is Josselin, 5 miles east. It is a well-appointed 'gite' that is available for self-catering holiday rental throughout the year, providing spacious accommodation for large family groups. The mature garden is large, private and safe for children, with plenty of space for them to play. The house and garden are not overlooked and have views of open fields.
